The implementation of a complete digital platform
Gio Coffee has grown rapidly as a supplier of quality coffee machines and coffee and tea subscriptions. As such, the organization's focus is entirely on customer centricity and operational excellence. The fragmented IT landscape could no longer support Gio Coffee for the future in the areas of Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse Management, Field Service and Finance.
In addition, Gio Coffee is at the forefront when it comes to using new technology such as IoT in its coffee machines, creating proactive predictive maintenance (predictive maintenance).
To support this digital transformation of Gio Coffee, a new IT business platform was needed.
Succesfull collaboration in connecting coffee machines
9altitudes has partnered with Gio Coffee to implement a fully digital platform to support Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Finance with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
In addition to implementing the aforementioned platform, we are working together on “connected” coffee machines, say Smart Connected Products / IOT, that are able to provide information about breakdowns and, for example, coffee bean consumption. With this information, downtime is minimized and coffee is automatically ordered and delivered so that no one runs out of coffee.
