You’ll be responsible for the Belgian marketing plan, which supports the overall strategy for the 9altitudes group – a combination of strategic responsibility and hands-on execution that makes the job both challenging and rewarding.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and report on the Belgian marketing plan
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing activities with business goals
- Manage and optimize lead scoring and lead nurturing processes
- Create engaging content (text, visuals, video) tailored to our target audience
- Support digital campaigns, events, and ad hoc marketing initiatives
Skills
We expect you to be a strong communicator with a lot of initiative. You can handle many different stakeholders and are good at prioritizing when there are many requests to the department. Additionally, you have extensive experience in digital marketing and understand both how we can increase our target group's awareness of 9altitudes and create a more effective purchasing journey that helps us accelerate the decision-making process.
The ideal candidate for the position has:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing (preferably in software or IT consultancy)
- Strong experience with lead generation and email marketing
- Excellent writing skills – even for complex or technical topics
- Solid understanding of website content management
- Fluent in Dutch and English

How is marketing at 9altitudes?
The marketing department at 9altitudes consists of an international team with 1-2 marketing colleagues per country plus a small corporate team. We translate all content locally but have strong collaboration across the group. Our marketing activities are primarily digital. And we work with everything from building websites to LinkedIn advertising, email marketing, webinars, animations/videos, lead handling in CRM, and more.
