From manual workarounds to automation
When Kramp transitioned to a new ERP solution with Dynamics AX, the standard functionality in Dynamics AX did not meet their requirements for Output Management. However, 9A Document Creation & Distribution did – and they’ve been using it for about 10 years now.
Kramp was looking for a solution that could automate the processes related to print management (Output Management). The standard version of Dynamics AX did not offer the desired level of automation. Kramp explains:
